Went to the symphony tonight with an artist friend of mine. Location? Lucas Theater downtown Savannah. Opening act? Mozart. Headlining? Beethoven's Symphony No. 4. We did get to thinking though...do you think musicians of the past were considered "emo" by their societies? "Oh, here comes that drama king Beethoven again. Cut your hair you hippie!"

Symphony in Emo
Went to the symphony tonight with an artist friend of mine. Location? Lucas Theater downtown Savannah. Opening act? Mozart. Headlining? Beethoven's Symphony No. 4. We did get to thinking though...do you think musicians of the past were considered "emo" by their societies? "Oh, here comes that drama king Beethoven again. Cut your hair you hippie!"
